oh, if u want to say this telephone is very nice, u can't say " điện thoại này tứ te lắm"
u can say " điện thoại này rất tốt và đẹp"

"Tử tế" is kind, decent, nice ... mostly it be used for people , not for objects.

Đáng thương nhất của đời người là tự ti.
Tự đại + Tự ti = thất bại đáng thương nhất
This is my opinion.
This telephone is very nice -- to the english language, you could use nice to things or to person and "nice" means to thing(s) = tot, dde.p
and to person: tu*? te^'.
To the Vietnamese language you don't use nice to thing(s) only to people.
