taxis services are not good in HO Chi Minh. Taxi services need improvement. For example : taxis fare should be cheaper. Taxi driver should be more polite to customers and they should be honest. Because they use wrong speedmeters.

FYI
Speedometer [SPEED METER] is a device that measures how fast an object/vehicle is moving (speed), [NOT the velocity]. However, a GPS navigation system (GPS receiver) could be considered as a velocity read-out device.
The bottom line
Velocity = speed + direction.
Velocity ≠ speed.

Tớ đoán chừng bên VN kêu radar speed gun là “Dụng cụ để bắn tốc độ”.



radar speed gun = speed gun = speed radar gun.

Loại radar thì dùng sóng vi ba còn không thì có thể dùng tia laser.
