If you want accurate translation, use Eng-VN medical dictionary. Those words above are accurate enough for me from VDICT.

Is there any website I can use to get these words accurate translate, when you translated the Medical words if you tranliterate the into the words into different meanings it is really dangerious. Thank you so much for any help out there.

    Hi again
I know it's dangerous to translate wrongly any medical instructions,so i double checked these and found out that it was rather a common type of vaccination applied to everybody. I don't know which words you tried to refer to,i'm gonna state them all.
diphtheria, tetanus , pertussis are three diseases which have meanings : "bạch hầu, uốn ván, ho gà" respectively. In short, vaccine confers immunity to those 3 different infectious diseases are called DTP, or DTaP in the US with "aP" stands for acellular Pertussis. Hence the full translation to that line is : Vacxin bạch hầu uốn ván ho gà.
    - measles = bệnh sởi
    - mumps = quai bị
    - Rubella is also called German measles or three-day measles (while Measles is also sometimes called rubeola, 5-day measles, or hard measles),namely "virut Rubella" in vietnamese.
    - diphtheria and tetanus toxoids as i explained above, as for toxoid,it means "biến độc tố" in vietnamese.
    - Hepatitis B = viêm gan B
    - varicella = chứng thủy đậu
    - Poliomyelitis is also called polio or infantile paralysis, means "bệnh bại liệt"

    Hope this could help,somehow.

    Hi,
I would suggest you additionally to give the doctor the names of the vaccines needed in Latin, as you already have the names of these: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis shots - (DTP or Dtap). FOUR (4) polio. The Measels and mumps are in latin: parotitis, rubella.
Latin is the best to use in the medical proffession international, as the vaccines probably will be made by a doctor.
