Vietnam War Zippo - Help translating the engraving

Hi
i aqquired a zippo apparently left over from the war while in vietnam but internet translation machines spit out rubbish
does this make sense to anyone?:

on the front in a little box: LLON
then underneath a military embalm: GIANG GOAN(possibly BOAN) TUÁN THAM

and on the back: HO THIÊÚ TÁ LÚU TRUNG DA CHI HU TRÙÒNG

I think some words or letter are lost with the time
LLON = maybe the abbreviation of Lực lượng ON (I don't know what ON)

GIANG GOAN TUÁN THAM =( Certainly,)Giang đoàn tuần thám
Giang đoàn tuần thám was a group of ships/fleet which operated on the rivers (not sea) to inspect and carry out law in the Vietnam war. It was part of Southern Vietnam navy forces to attack VC along the rivers

HO THIÊÚ TÁ LÚU TRUNG DA CHI HU TRÙÒNG = I think it is "HQ Thiếu tá Lưu Trung Đa, Chỉ huy trưởng"
HQ is the abbreviation of Navy/ Navy forces.
Thiếu tá = Major
So in English "Thiếu tá Hải quân" is A lieutenant-commader
Chỉ huy trưởng = Commander or Commanding officer

so do you think the line 'HQ Thiếu tá Lưu Trung Đa, Chỉ huy trưởng' is the rank of the person who owned the lighter?

sorry, that's me spelling acquired wrong
it means to come into possession of something, in other words i bought it
