should I write her back

Hi,
I received this from a woman in Saigon. But there are no markings and it makes it very difficult for me to translate. I did insert capital letters and periods and spaces. I do not understand 44t. Must be her age. I have seen 'Kg and Ko' used for khong .... what is t?
Something tells me not to write her back.
I am learning to read, write and speak on my own. There are churches and temples in Seattle that will teach for free. So I will joined Cao Dao Temple.
