As far as I can read, he seems to be saying something like this:

    How are you doing?
I'm fine, thank you. I don't want (dee-00 chay). I want to go to (phong ve sinh, kow, bai bien).

I'm (bi (not, sure, but seems to be denoting something negative) )....

That's all I can do. It's hard to tell without the tone marks. Hope that helped a little bit

Here's what I got. Actually it is not hard to read Vietnamese without the diatrical marks. However, I believe this message is hard because there are some spelling errors; either when you copied it to this forum or maybe the writing was hard to make out. Anyway, there's nothing bad in this message.
    like the previous person implied.

Original: Postcard from boyfriend says ??

co khoe khong? How are you? I'm good, thanks.
Toi khoe, camon, toi I don't want to go running around.
khong muon dee-00 chay I wanted to go to the bathroom,
Toi muon di phong ve there's none at the beach.
    sinh, kow, bai bien

Toi bi lac duong I got lost. 2 places, 2 museums.
    nam. hai cho, hai
vee-en bow tang Have a good night's sleep

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that something bad had happened to your boyfriend. I am learning Vietnamese, and just learned that 'bi' has a negative connotation, so that's all I knew.
