I am an elementary English school teacher with a tem quan doi and khu buu chin collection from Viet Nam and try to understand military tem words with Vdict.com but many words like Doung, Pho: Luu Ve cannot be found on V-dict. I can help you with English. What does doi chan nuoi - dong giao - ninh binh 1969 mean? So nha 101 LOL Cu xa thanh da binh tanh

Lenguyen hit another home run! Thanks for the help Lenguyen. Can anyone tell me what the Vietnamese word for Thailand is? I am also trying to find what city the postal code 70502 is? Where is HONG NGU (93200) located?

Lenguyen did a very good job on the Vietnamese postal stamps. You are correct for the word "Lưu về" it means to go back or return.

It's hard to know what the words actually are without the intonation marks. Also, I believe there are some spelling or type errors. I believe I can only get the second translation. I need more information for the first one. Where did you see or hear it? It could be some kind of name or something.
2. Technical School for Mechanics (Thu Duc)*
Thu Duc is a district of Saigon or HCM city; "Mechanics" here means people who work on all types of engines and machinery, not just vehicles.

You ảe corect as usual, I found later that it was a technical army school at Thu Duc. The address was on an quan doi envelope: em: Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, Ngan hang Tuy phong - Thai. Another envelope has KHU LUU NIEM BAC HO So 01 duong, any ideas about this one?
