I think that "Co the" is "Có thể". Its meaning depends on the situation:

It can mean :
_ It can be : eg :the storm can reach town in two hour ? _It can be !
_ I can :eg: can you lend me some money ? _ yes, I can.

I think "Cam on" is "Cám Ơn".
Cam on = thank you = thanks
