How would you write "I hate you , my sweet idiot"??

And what exactly does "Hy vong se~ duoc. gap. anh som" mean?? I know the last part says something about "able to see you soon"

In my opinion, if u write an administrative letter, there are rules for that. But if u write a letter to ur boyfriend, to anyone in your family or to ur best friends, we have no fixed rules in V. Just write what u want and end them the "most lovely" and sincere way u like. U can think about it in E and try to translate it in V. However, in some rare cases, the way that the English say is strange if we translate in V. So u can consult someone about this.
What I mean is that just feel free to express ur ideas in these kind of letter.
