Portable game consoles in Vietnam

Just wanted to ask the forum what is the most popular portable game console in Vietnam?

Is it PSP or Nitendo DS or ??

Am planning to get one for a friend but wanted to know the availability of games (probably in vietnamese) in Vietnam....

I think either PSP or Nin. DS will be fine. I guess most of the game over there are under Japanese version.
