I have read some messages that you requested to be translated here and I have learned that Dzung ( Dung in Vietnamese) can understand simple English. So the best way for you two is to try to communicate by using English but make it as simple as possible. Doing like so not only good for keeping your story being private but also good for Dzung to improve her English.
