I'm on the same page as you. I was thinking that this forum needs a chat room or something...stuff for instant help! Even IM-ing partners would be a good idea...cause I know yahoo has yahoo voice so you can talk to one another!

First of all, it should be tieng Viet, not tieng Vietnam.... This is kind of like someone trying to say I want to learn France instead of French... (I am not picking on you, but I've even professional translators made this mistake and this is also all over the net)
