    Hi lucie_vuong,

You said that "I am speaking better than writing a lot." that is very new news to me be coz I have never known anyone learns English by himself in Vietnam can speak better than write. The point is that how do you rate your speaking skill? If you speak to foreigners and they understand you well I would love to say that you really are a brilliant and talent learner, conglats.
Concerning about learning grammars and new words I would suggest that you learn them daily. One you learn a new word, try to use it immediately by making some sentences or a short conversation ... learn it in a context that you could not forget ... blahblah ...
The most important point to be good at English is that you should practice writing, reading, listening, and speaking and the same time and constantly, day by day.
    All the best.
