I know English rather well. But I don't have opportunity to practice it with native speakers in real life. What's the best way to do it through Internet?

If you choose to go with the internet, there are several ways that can help you practice the language. You can use Skype to help with pronunciations or real-life reactions in conversations. You can also visit websites that support text chats to improve your writing and critical thinking skills.
There are news in English all over the internet. Make a trip to the BBC's website and listen to the news in English. That helps your listening skills.

This is good practice for you.
You might also consider InterPals--an international pen pal site. Many there are happy to participate in foreign language exchange. Just make sure your profile indicates that is what you are looking for, and make it clear you are not interested in romance, dating, or marriage (unless that is also an interest). You may also find pen pals who are interested in voice chat to improve your speaking and listening abilities.
