Default Help?! Using sentence with Co phai la khong

Chao, I need help asking this question.
Is your arm still itchy? When asking a female same age as me. 45yrs old. Im trying to figure out a way to ask using co - khong or co-phai la- khong, to make it a yes or no question. Two hours and im stuck. Cam on!

I am not 100% sure that this is right (I am learning Vietnamese myself), but it'll definitely get the message across!

Tay em có còn ngứa không?

Tay em có còn ngứa không?
Tay em còn bị ngứa không ?

We use passive voice in this case.

Tay em/bạn có còn ngứa không? or Tay em/bạn còn bị ngứa không or Tay em/bạn vẫn còn ngứa chứ? or Có phải tay em/bạn vẫn còn ngứa (không) ? etc...is OK.

You can use em/bạn/chị/bà/cô/....it depends on the relationship between two people.
If you and she are the same age and know nothing each other, sometimes "chị" is used because of polite

we use "có phải" to express our thought about st whether it is right or not
For ex: Có phải bạn là em của Hà? we think she or he is Hà's younger sister or brother so we use this question to make sure this is right or not.
