can someone please help me to translate the following:
Due to a scheduling conflict, we would like to change our meeting with you (concerning Nahn) to Wednesday at 9:30 am.
Please mark one of the following:
____ yes, I can attend at 9:30 am
____ no, I must keep the 10:45 am meeting

(Concerning Nhan) không phải có ý này "riêng cho Ông/Bà Nhan". It means that Nhan's teachers are either concerned about his academic or behavior. As a parent you would never want to get a letter like this.

There is no trouble. We are trying to get Nahn some extra help with his English and make sure he is understanding what is happening in class.
I don't want to worry the parents, only to explain our options. I have a native VN speaker coming to the meeting, but she is out of town this week.

Are you sure "Nahn" is a vietnamese student? That name doesn't look like a vietnamese name, unless you are spelling it incorrect.
