Hi guys, travelling to Vietnam and i have allergies to dairy products and egg. I was wondering if someone could provide me with some statements to use as a little card i can take into restaurants.

Xin hỏi trong món này có bơ sữa hoặc trứng không? (whether the meal is made from milk or egg)
Tôi bị dị ứng với các món ăn được làm từ bơ sữa và trứng (I have allergies to dairy products and egg)

if it's too hard for you to say then you can read it without marks and tone
