I think it's very difficult and unfair to generalise about such matters. As humans, it is never easy to be fully objective when comparing one group of people to another. I think that the best you could ever hope for is to ask what is someone's *first* impression, because after that, a person's life-experiences start to kick in and opinions (right or wrong) start to be formed.

Having said that, I'd like to go on record as having been blessed with the good fortune of never having met a Vietnamese girl that I didn't like or that wasn't charming and lovely - no matter how young or how old.

Now, going back to what I said earlier about objectivity, it must be known that I am currently madly in love with one such girl and so my opinion should therefore be taken with a, 'grain of salt'... ;-)
