Help with translating acronyms/abbreviations

Hi, I am looking for a translation utility, so that I can translate abbreviations from Vietnamese to English - most online dictionaries do not recognize them.

Here is an example:

"Nhà mặt phố Đội Cấn, gần chợ Cống Vị, DT 19 m2x2,5T, MT 2,8m, vuông vắn, SĐCC, 3,5 tỷ. LH: C.Lan,"

I figure that "DT" = "diện tích" = "area"; "LH" = "link", but what are : "MT" and "SĐCC"? And is there a web resource to find out this information?

LH means liên hệ in Việtnamese ( it's equal to " to know more details, meet Mr/Mrs ...please")

DT has two meanings Telephone and Area. In this case it means area
MT = mặt tiền in Vietnamese it means that the house is in the main street or road not in lane, alley or narrow pass.
Nhà mặt phố means nhà mặt tiền


MT has another meaning : the front of the house
gần chợ Cống Vị means near Cong Vi market
vuông vắn denotes that the shape of the house is a rectangle or a square not is a trapzoid or trapzium even triangle

SDCC = sổ đỏ chính chủ means that the seller is the owner of the offical document of the house. The house is ensured sold legally
