Without the marks, it is a bit vague. I am assuming that she is asking you, "Ngày mai truyện cổ tích có còn không?"

Basically, she wonders, "Will the fairytale continue to exist tomorrow?"

Thank you so much laluz. Another vietnamese friend of mine translated it as "is the legend still happen in the present?". I wonder wich version is the most correct, even I think I got the point anyway...
