Can someone plz add the word nhửng!?!

In rural south Vietnam especially in the Mekong delta region, there is a word called nhửng, not the ~ tone but rather the 'hoi' tone.

nhửng means: the state of a body of water (such as a river) while at high or low tide. Either when the water body is at high or low tide.
