i speak viet ok and read a little viet and im trying to impress the ladies by singing this song in kaoroke. so i need a practical (not literal) translation so I can figure out what certain words mean.

hey thanks. I speak viet but mostly slang. I actually want to learn proper vietnamese also which is why I kinda want to know what each word means and the syntax. I'm already watching the youtube vids. but hey, I did my own translation please correct my mistakes

remember that here "anh" means "you" and "em" means "I/me". (A girl to a man)

when you sing in Viet, you can change position between "anh" and "em" to make your girl be more impressed ....
lool just a joke, if you do that it'll sound like you are too girly

you are very good but still there are some words you need to discriminate, such as
- đâu(no/where) & đau(pain)
- trăng (moon) & trang (page)
