I think Collins do a good one. I like the way that the most commonly used words (and many look the same) are the ones that are given priority. I got started by downloading the Byki program from www.byki.com. Its a flash card system and also speaks. You also need to get familiar with tones. This is quite a good web site

one of the best vietnamese dictionary is Baamboo Tra tu. But it has no Vietnamese pronunciations for you too.
