Help to understand a Vietnamese name
Can somebody please help me to understand a Vietnamese name?
I have received a business letter from a person named TING LUEY. It was written in capital letters like this.
I am unsure how to enter this person into my client database because I dont know which name comes first.
Can you please tell me which name is the family name (surname) and which is the given (first) name?

in Vietnam, there are some common surnames such as Phan, Pham, Ly, Le, Lam, Tran, Truong, Do, Dang, Nguyen, Vu
TING (first) LUEY (surname): Chinese.
(This has been confirmed as above by a Chinese-American.)
