Xin vui lòng đừng đổ nước "mop" dơ lau nhà ở đây (mop:chùm nùi giẻ).
Rửa chén đĩa ở đây thì được.

hehe, I guess he was joking a bit
    a serious version is:
CẢNH BÁO: Làm ơn đừng đổ nước lau sàn bẩn ở đây. Đây là nơi rửa chén đĩa.

CHÚ Ý: Xin đừng đổ nước thải, nước bẩn ở đây. Đây là nơi rửa chén dĩa.

I' m sure it's easy to undestand for Vietnamese people.

Here you go, words by words:
Thông báo: Xin vui lòng đừng đổ nước dơ lau sàn nhà ở đây.
    Đĩa được rửa ở đây.

    Notes
    * All the above translations are correct, understandable ....
    * Your English version sounds like a joke to me (or to us). The water coming from the sink or from the floor is definitely dirty, mixed with a lot of scums....Why can't it be dumped at the same drain-ditch?

In my opinion there are some ways to translate this sentence and the word "warning" is unpolite for Vietnamese although is used commonly in English. Therefore, you should translate "Warning" into Vietnamese "Chú Ý" ( means Notice). In Vietname, signs seldom use the word "Cảnh Báo". "Chú ý" sounds polite and elegant and it is used more popular

    It's up to your choice.
