My friend in vietnam is Viettel mobile customer. Just wonder viettel provide any free sms service through internet? If yes, where can I find the link?

Probably David...I know that Vinaphone has this service but you must be a subscriber and have an account (post paid will work). Also, you can only send sms not receive
I think this service is quite similar to those at local here. You need to be a subscriber to be able to register for an account. You can send sms to friend but he/she has to reply to you within a period of time (e.g. 20 min) and you will receive it through internet account and not mobile phone.Probably David...I know that Vinaphone has this service but you must be a subscriber and have an account (post paid will work). Look like I can only subscribe an account during my next visit at vietnam.
