Nói chung thì đồng ý, nhưng có khi người ta viết trên những websites không có Unicode thì viết không dấu cũng hợp lí đúng không?

Sao em ko dam tra loi, su tu tin va can dam cua em dau het roi, ko tra loi sao

Hi donut, can you tell us where do all these messages come from and what is your goal in understanding them? Cos it looks like a weird way to learn vietnamese, and I would not want to involuntarily be part of a spying operation or something like that...

want to translate for me. So thru ur help , hopefully i would understand the meaning....
