    doubtful then, those who dare to claim a language their mother tongue must master and error/mistake cannot be easily seen in a simple phrase like ..... i am agree with you. this must be a boast.

    Its good you want to learn Arabic language. Arabic is wast and difficult language, First you should learn Arabic grammar with help of a teacher. Then slowly you start reading and speaking Arabic.
