A real Puzzler, Please help if possible

Ok, well I got this as a text message, but my phone dropped all the accents... which I don't think would have helped me even if they showed up:

t?i (th?) r?t d?oc g?y ?n tuong. D?ng, ban c? mu?i di?m nhung T?i c? mu?i ngh?n di?m hon ban.

?'s represent an accented vowel. The only words I'm sure of are diem (points) and muoi (ten)... but without any vowels I realize this is over and above a normal translation.

I have no clue how you guys translated it to "bad image".
It should translate to:
"I am impressed. Right, you have 10 points but I (or someone names Tai) have/has 10 thousand points more than you"
