Which hosting to choose for brand new website?

I am sorry for off-topic, but I need your oppinion.
Could you please share some experience about which hosting company to choose for my brand new website. I got a deal in Host1Plus and it sounds promising...only 70 USD for two year unlimited hosting. For unlimited it sounds very low. Could you please be so kind guys and share some knowledge about this offer?

if it's for your company and your company needs much securities & easy in contact with provider to be supported fast when problems occur then you can choose a Viet hosting provider. Of course it will cost you more money but it's also more trust & reliable
