typing in Vietnamese in VDict community

how do you guys type in vietnamese in the VDict community

in the dictionary tab, there is a virtual keyboard, but it does not exist
in the community tab

Am I wrong?
at home, how do you create a "real" vietnamese website?
assuming you have the regular 104 keyboard.

Try to use VietKey or Unikey... But it looks like Vietkey hasn't yet worked on Vista. It's ok if u still use XP.

I am using VPSKEYS. It works on window 2000 and Vista.

As for the website, I use Unicode UTF-8 for encoding, with Times New Roman font in Frontpage 2000.
