i need your helps so much. I'm doing my graduation paper forcus on topic "addressing forms in communication at office". This is one which give the contrastive analysis between English and Vietnamese. Do you have any comment or any idea about it? PLS tell me.Do you know which addressing forms are used in English? How often are they used?

Chức càng cao thì lối nói chuyện càng có vẻ văn hoa, trọng vọng hơn.

Thư ký nói với nhau thì I, hey you; với engineer thì I, you; với manager thì Mr.X, I; với director/CEO thì sir/Mr. X, I.


Cấp trên nói với cấp dưới thì dùng tên hoặc họ (Mr.X).


Nhưng nếu làm việc với nhau lâu năm/thân thiện với nhau thì thường là dùng tên với nhau, như giữa manager/director với nhân viên.
