when do i use these words hắn tớ mà thôi

i know what they mean(mà,mà thôi i dont know what it means) when do i used these. hắn(he) tớ(i). i read anime and i see them use these words and mà,mà thôi i see on lyrics

Hắn = he , used to address a third person in an unfriendly way
Tớ = I , used to address yourself in a friendly way
Mà thôi =
1. inspite of it
2. anyhow
3. ect (lol)

Hắn is "he" or "him"
Ex. Hắn là em rễ tôi. "He is my brother-in-law"
Pay attention to this that Hắn is possibly used by those who are elder than Hắn. Hắn cannot be used to name those who are elder than the speaker, for example, if one says Hắn while he/she is directing to his/her uncle, parent..... this is inapplicable.
So is Tớ.
Mà thôi… can vary depending on the syntax.
Mà thôi, anh nói vậy hiểu rồi! --- Well, that's enough!
Anh chỉ nói vậy mà thôi! --- I just name it!
