HI, can someone explain to me please what
Trai He Viet Nam is?

I know it suppose to be a kind of summer camp from vietnamese not living in vietnam. But dont know how are participants chosen, or if anybody can join when he likes. Is it only for Vietnamese? How many people from each country is chosen?

As far as i know, this summer camp is hold for vietnamese living overseas, anyone who is vietnamese living in overseas, especially young people, university students can participate

Summer camp is just summer camp like the name implies. It does not mean where. Don't think of camp in term of camping (cắm trại). It could be used to indicate camp for math, physics, science, reunion. It could be anything.

It looks like Ambassador of each country choose their person who they wanted to go..they would be taken to Vietnam and tour around the vietnam.. looking places and all kind of stuffs.. i think each country could take 1 - 3 to go. But after the ambassador of vietnam in each country had made their choices. The chosen ones have to pay for the ticket to go to vietnam and the rest they pay for you.. like they pay for all hotels , food , visiting museou etc.
