Student in high school level or below = học sinh
University/college student = sinh viên
Fellow Student/Classmate = Bạn học/Bạn cùng lớp

But if you talk to your parents, then you should say "con" instead of "tôi". Usually people use "tôi" when they don't like their parents or they don't wanna call them dad and mom.
