"Incense" is both a noun and a verb. So we can use "to incense".

ThachThao you have to know in which context to use the word "incense" as a verb. In this case, that the previous writer is asking about, it would not apply. For example if the sentence was : Cô gái thắp hương, you can not translate it as: The girl incensed. The translation would be: The girl lit the incense. In the following example, "incensed" can be used as a verb: The smoke from the altar incensed the room.

"thắp hương" đây chắc nghĩa là "cúng dường"?
    Có thể dùng từ offering
chùm nho này là để thắp hương: this bunch of grapes is for offering (to ancestors, Buddha, Heaven, Gods, etc.)
