want to learn vietnamese

I am not sure as i am from Texas. But if there is any area where there a lot of Vietnamese people (some sort of China town), you could start by asking around there. Also, you could ask at Vietnamese churches and temples or Vietnamese Student Associations at universities (this is how I found mine).
