If you are a man/boy (male) and you'd like to say to a woman/ girl (female) who is your beloved/ lover you have to say "anh yeu em"
If you are a girl/woman (female) and you'd like say to a boy/ man (male) who is your lover/beloved you should say "em yeu anh"

In addition, "Anh yeu em" is used when an older people who is a boy/man (male) says to a younger one . The younger people who is said to can be a boy/man/ girl/women....
