paragraph 1 : Life in this city needs to be improved. for one thing, there are too many cars, and there is too much smog, especially at rush hour. The air pollution is terrible. This problem is particualy bad downtown in the business district. Too many people driver cars to work

paragraph 2 :so what should we do about it ? i think there should be more police offcers at busy intersections.They could stop traffic jams. we also need fewer parking garages downtown. The city spends too much money building them . It easy to park, so too many people driver to work . On the other hand, the city doesn't spend enough on public transportation. There aren't enough subway lines,and the train system needs alot of improvement

Nowdays, the traffic jam is a big problem in HCM city. It has many vehicles has increase, an accident in the road etc. This problem is hard solve . The traffic jams effect to economic and society for reasons.

First, the traffic jam can make pollutions. It’s causes air pollution because the vehicle discharges bad gas in the air and engine in the vehicle can make a noise pollution.

Second, it effect to economic of Ho Chi Minh city. The vehicle stops on the road for a long time uses the fuel oil very much.

Finally, it effects to people. A bad gas's vehicle can cause disease for people such as lung cancer. Besides, people stay a long time in traffic jam that can make a stress for people.
