"Whether she loves me, I still love her"
Có nghĩa là "Cô ấy yêu tôi hay không yêu tôi, tôi vẫn yêu cô ấy"
Thay vì: "She loves me or she doesn't love me, I still love her"
I definitely understand what you mean but these sentences should be correct:
Whether she loves me, I still love her
Whether she loves me or not, I still love her
Whether or not she loves me, I still love her
However, someone who is anal about the English language is going to jump on second and third sentences as "or not" is not necessary because "whether" expresses an alternative; as opposed to "if," which expresses a condition.

1st Version:
Anyone who teaches me one word - even half a word - is still my teacher.
2nd Version:
Even he who teaches me the smallest bit can still be called my teacher
Please correct my grammar as you see fit. Much appreciated!
I don't know whether I should go (or not) = Tôi không biết mình có nên đi hay không
She asked me whether I loved her
Anal is shorten for anal-retentive. It is a psychological term negatively used to describe someone who has personality traits associated with meticulousness and obstinacy. Anal is also used to describe a sex act, therefore it is not universally accepted. In fact, if you were to tell someone that he/she is anal or anal-retentive, it's rather vulgar and offensive.
The correct term that is universally accepted is OCD, shorten for obsessive compulsive disorder. OCD is a type of anxiety disorder that makes the person have upsetting thoughts called obsessions. They do things over and over again to perfect them. The repetitive actions are called compulsions.
For example, someone who has OCD will keep washing their hands repetitively. Another example is someone who is greatly bothered by a gramatically incorrect sentence.
