The last bit is confusing (Piss so td cua em), so I've just translated it as above.
Your friend is totally uncompromising in the way that she writes her sms, making no allowance for you being a foreigner.
In particular, note that 'nt' can mean one of two things:
1) nhắn tin (cho ai) = send/leave a message (for someone)
2) nhận tin (được) = receive a message.

Ah, thanks for the correction. If I was the guy who received this, I'd be wondering if she had sense of consideration. There doesn't appear to be much in the way she writes.
