yeah, I was thinking to use the "how come", but I wasn't sure cao hung will be familiar with it , then I tried with "how can" though.

You can't say I don't think 'be' will necessary here.... => the same to how can you so good at writing in Vietnamese (except for can and will but they are both modal verb)
