Uống thuôc: to take medication ( medicine or drug)
Viên: tablets, pills....
Example: Please, take 02 tablets every 8 hours.
- Take this medication only when needed.
- Take this medication by mouth. Do not chew but swallow....
Nhai: to chew (cũng có nghĩa la uống....)
Nuôt trọng: to swallow (cũng có nghĩa uống....)

The complete sentence could be like this:
Today is a day to forget and is also a day to remember.
