How cheap is cheap! Dont buy the white rice noodle at Chinese stores. Go Vietnamese stores and buy it. You should ask for the flat white rice noodle because that's what Vietnamese people use in Vietnam. In case that they dont carry any of the flat white rice noodle, I dont know what to recommend . However you should choose the fresh noodles, which you deep it in cool water first before you cook, dont buy the dried one.

Thank you so much for your warning about the noodles. I thaught that were the so called "instant noodles" with flavour, that had the problem.
The other noodles have Vietnamese writing on the packet, but after reading your advise, I checked and saw, that they are made in China.
So I will try to find out, where in Denmark I can buy Vietnamese noodles.
We cannot get any fresh here.
The rice, we can get here is from Thailand. Are Thai goods also full of chemicals?????????
