    i m a vietnamese 100 % but i dont think it s a vnese name even long time ago
    phi ung, or pah iung.???
    they sound Chinese names

    I think he is confused. We (general population) did not use western calendar in 17th century. We used "King's year".

    i dont mean that i can nt understand ur english sentences. they r so easy

    as far as I know, the words 'Phi Ung', possibly with stresses as 'Phi Ưng', means 'flying condor' or 'flying eagle' as called. Understanding the chracterisics of condors while flying you learn what is embedded in "Phi Ung'.
