Translate "tell" to vietnamese, noi, bao, ke etc.?

Hi ran,

Thank you so much for your effort to help me!
I cannot download this, as I am using a Mac computer (apple).
But my I can actually change the settings on my Laptop to Vietnamese and also I can look at a small virtual keyboard in the beginng.
But it is so hard to memorise how to spell with the accents.
I think I better try to do it every time and then hope, it will be better.
Because it will be a great help to know how to write-also for reading a vietnamese text!
