Là je suis en train de demander les gens sur wordrefence de cette locution. Il semble qu'on puisse comprendre la phrase, mais la façon de dire n'est pas très "smooth".
Now I'm asking the people on wordreference about this locution. It seems that they can understand "la petite idée", but it's not very smooth to hear.

Selon eux, on peut dire "A mon humble avis" pour IMHO
As for IMHO, you can simply say "A mon humble avis"

It's smooth to hear = ça coule à l'oreille (which means it "flow" in my ears, unformal for "On comprends très bien...")

Actually, "il n'y a pas de" + noun
And here comes the problem, we don't have a noun for "mépriser" verb...shame on French . So u must use a verb in this contexte :
Il n'a pas voulu mépriser [ce que je disait avant], je pense.
He didn't want to disregard [what I said before]...

And I'm also asking for a noun of "mépriser" verb ^^", but I don't think that it exist...

Well, my bad, it's simply just "un mépris". So ur sentence was correct as follow:
"Il n'y a pas de mépris ici, je pense"
