- Nếu 1 người tàn tật ( tớ ko biết dịch từ physically ) đang ngồi trong xe ( của người tàn tật ) khi chiếc xe đã đậu .
Physically là bổ nghĩa cho chữ disabled. Nghĩa là tàn phế về cơ thể chứ không phải về trí óc (mentally). Mentally disabled không được lái xe.

-Nếu 1 người tàn tật đang được chuyển đi hoặc đón.

-Thư khuyên cáo (? / không mạnh như warning) về điểm [của lái xe] sẽ được gởi tới anh/chị. Thường là sau khi bị phạt. Điểm xấu thì tiền bảo hiểm cao.
-Cô ấy phải làm giấy chủ quyền chiếc xe trong vòng 30 ngày. Giấy chủ quyền là pink slip. Nghĩa là trong vòng 30 ngày phải đi xang tên xe (từ chủ cũ) và xin giấy chủ quyền. Nhưng trách nhiệm/bảo hiểm của xe là người mua chịu ngay sau khi ký giấy tờ chứ không phải lúc có giấy chủ quyền đâu.

I have not seen the blueberry in VN. We should be able to grow these since Mississipi is hot and humid like VN.
