"kiên cường" means "unflinching"

Tớ thì hiểu đại khái : Địa linh => đất linh ( đất có linh khí) , Nhân kiệt => người xuất chúng. Có nghĩa là Đất linh sẽ sinh ra nhân tài.

[litterally: sacred land/ extraordinary people]
Rồng Tiên - in short of "con rồng cháu tiên"... viets like to refer themselves as children of the dragon and the goddess. Or plainly Rồng Tiên is just a dragon from heaven... shy of being a slimy snake.
