i send a picture of myself to a vietnam girl.. i want to tell her that i miss her.. but just saying "anh nho em" sound a bit boring.. so wanted to tell her this..

Hi,
I guess they are talking about T's picture. It seems that T took the picture that just show T's face and bare shoulder. That's why C asks T "You wear nothing?". T replied "Just wrap a towel around (below)" = co quan khan thoi.
thank god that T did wrap a towel around. if not i will be crazy. haha.
